Mormonism describes the religious ideas and cultural based upon the Later Day Saints movement. Those who practice the Mormon faith follow and believe in the Book of Mormon. The book of Mormon is named after the prophet-historian Mormon, who is said to have, massed most of the book. Joseph Smith Jr. is the founder of the Later Day Saints movement and he published the book in March 1830.
