Is Cheesecake a cake or pie

Cheesecake is definitely a pie because of the very little amount of starch used instead of a real cake. Similar to a cream pie, but instead of cream being used as a milk product, cream cheese is replaced. In addition, cakes are normally baked in a stove and cheesecake is baked in an oven.
